Luxury Hospitality Portfolio
Marketing & Communications Lead
As Marketing & Communications Lead in Ibiza, I oversaw brand positioning, storytelling, and launch communications for a portfolio of concept-driven restaurants located in the heart of Dalt Vila, Ibiza.
My role focused on shaping distinct identities for each venue while aligning them under one cohesive brand architecture. From narrative development and press materials to experiential positioning and international audience targeting, I contributed to transforming four neighboring restaurants into a curated gastronomic circuit within Ibiza Old Town: La Imprenta, La Dispensa, Wasab, Samar

LA IMPRENTA
Case Study — Experiential Fine Dining & Dinner Show in Ibiza Town
1. Context
Located in the historic center of Ibiza Town (Vila), La Imprenta occupies the former 1898 printing house of Diario de Ibiza — a neoclassical building with strong architectural presence and narrative depth.
The objective:
Compete in Ibiza’s saturated restaurant market
Elevate positioning beyond traditional Mediterranean dining
Attract high-spend international clientele
Establish year-round relevance
The challenge was differentiation.
La Imprenta needed to become more than a fine dining restaurant.
It needed to become a cultural destination.
My Role & Execution
My contribution extended across brand, digital and media execution:
Brand & Narrative
Concept positioning and narrative architecture
Bilingual press release creation (ES/EN)
Dinner show storytelling and seasonal campaign messaging
Social Media & Digital Growth
Full management of all owned social media channels
Content calendar strategy and execution
Event-driven campaign rollouts
Organic engagement growth
Social activation directly increased online reservations through owned channels, reducing dependency on third-party booking platforms.
Press & Media Relations
Local and international media outreach
Editorial placement coordination
Influencer and industry relationship management
Reputation reinforcement through earned media
Strategic Direction
A. Experiential Positioning
We repositioned La Imprenta from “historic restaurant” to immersive dining experience — blending gastronomy, design and live performance.
Cuisine became part of a larger theatrical ecosystem.
B. Dinner Show Transformation
The launch of the Chicago Cabaret concept converted La Imprenta into one of Ibiza’s most distinctive Dinner Show venues Sabados en La Imprenta.
This evolution:
Activated both floors of the venue
Integrated street-to-interior performance storytelling
Blurred the line between restaurant and stage
Elevated nighttime appeal
La Imprenta became a nightlife-adjacent hospitality concept — without losing culinary credibility.
C. Cultural & Seasonal Activations
To sustain relevance beyond peak tourism, we implemented curated programming:
Venetian Carnival “Carnaval Veneciano Imprenta”
New Year’s Eve Masquerade Ball “Cena de Gala de Nochevieja”
Ibiza Sabor Gastronomic Heritage Participation “Imprenta Jornadas Gastronomicas”
Halloween Party
Saint Valentine’s La Imprenta Ibiza
First Anniversary Art & Fashion Integration
Each activation reinforced La Imprenta’s identity as a cultural and experiential venue.
Impact & Brand Outcome
1. Revenue Channel Shift
Growth in reservations through owned social channels increased direct booking behavior and reduced reliance on third-party platforms.
This improved:
Margin control
Customer data ownership
Repeat visit targeting
2. Market Differentiation
La Imprenta positioned itself as:
A leading Dinner Show restaurant in Ibiza
A historic fine dining reference in Ibiza Town
A nightlife-meets-gastronomy hybrid
Clear separation from traditional restaurants.
3. Brand Elevation

A celebration and corporate dinner destination
A cultural event space
A premium experiential hospitality brand

Narrative-led branding
Owned digital growth
